Site FAQ :
1-What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Email Money Transfer (E-Transfer) only.
2-Why don’t you accept credit cards or PayPal?
Research peptides are viewed as restricted products by most payment processors. As a result,
credit card companies and payment services like PayPal do not permit transactions involving
peptides. Any accounts that attempt to bypass these restrictions risk being suspended or
frozen.
3-How long will it take to ship my order?
Our goal is to have orders shipped within 2 business days. In most cases, orders ship same day
or next day.
4-What shipping methods do you use?
We primarily ship via Canada Post. In the event of service disruptions, an alternate carrier may
be used.
5-What are the shipping costs?
Canada Post Standard: Flat rate of $25
Free Standard Shipping for orders over $300
6-Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time, we only ship within Canada.
7-Do you have an exchange/refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are not able to offer returns or
exchanges. If there are any issues with your order, please email us immediately at
support@axxioresearch.com and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
Product FAQ
1-Are your peptides sold in liquid form?
No. All peptides are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder and must be reconstituted
with bacteriostatic water before use. Certain peptides (e.g., AOD-9604) may require acetic acid
to fully dissolve.
2-How much bacteriostatic water should I add?
Reconstitution volume depends on the peptide and desired concentration. Use a reconstitution
calculator to determine the correct amount for your research.
3-How should reconstituted peptides be stored?
After mixing, peptides should be refrigerated. Best used within 30 days. May remain stable for
up to 60 days before degradation begins.
4- Are your products legal to purchase in Canada?
Yes. Our products are legal to purchase in Canada for research purposes only and are sold in
accordance with applicable federal regulations. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that
any purchase, possession, or use complies with local, provincial, and federal laws. Our products
are not intended for human or veterinary use.
5- Are lab reports available?
Yes. Unfortunately
we don’t have yet all the lab tests. They will come pretty quick.
6-Who performs your peptide testing?
Our products are independently tested by Janoshik and we plan on using Freedom Diagnostics
also. Products that certain labs cannot test will be routed to alternate partners to ensure full
verification.
7-Where are your products manufactured?
Our peptides are manufactured by trusted partners based overseas.
8-Why aren’t the products made in Canada?
Peptide synthesis at commercial scale is not currently cost-effective in Canada. Companies
claiming “Made in Canada” generally import raw materials and only perform packaging locally.
9-Why does the powder puck sometimes break?
During handling and shipping, the lyophilized puck can shift or break into pieces.
This is normal and does not affect product quality — simply reconstitute as usual.
10-Why do 10 mg and 20 mg vials look similar in size?
The appearance of the lyophilized puck is influenced by fillers and does not reflect peptide
mass. Laboratory testing confirms that the actual peptide content matches the vial label
regardless of puck appearance.
11-Why does my peptide look cloudy after reconstitution?
Some peptides naturally appear slightly cloudy once reconstituted. This can result from peptide
structure or temperature — it does not necessarily indicate a problem.
12-Why is my vial cap color different than the other time I ordered?
Manufacturers use varying cap colors between batches. This does not affect product
authenticity or quality.
